For writing this week i'm talking about kids should get more sleep.
Kids should Get More Sleep So They Are Not Tired In The Morning For School.
Children who seem excessively sleepy during the day are more likely to have problems with learning and their actions. Kids that get more sleep can work better than the kids that don't get as much sleep as others. Children who don’t get enough sleep have a higher risk for many health and problems like anger, not listening, and hurting others.

My mum and dad give me a time to go to bed because they are good parents, my time is normally 8:30 / 9:00 o'clock so i’m not tired the next day for school. If you don’t get enough sleep the teacher could say something important, and your either asleep or dreaming about something else and not listening to what the teacher has to say.
