Term 2

This Term I liked doing art because art is the best thing to learn because one day you will be a   art maker to draw pitchers in books that is my favourite thing to do this term with my teachers mr moran and miss king and miss davis.

My Weekend

In the weekend I played with my older brother on my PS3.  Then I went to the shop with my puppy. I brort puppy food then I took him up to Panmure and I took him to get a jab and back to Riverside ave. Then I went to the laundromat with my Nana to do the washing. After that we went to Pak n save and got tea for ourselves. I love how my Nana takes me everywhere I love my nana very much.

The Olympic Flame

The ancient Greeks started the tradition of having an Olympic flame. In Olympia a sacred flame is lit by the sun's rays and stays alight until the games have ended. The flame symbolized a request for protection from Zeus and the athletes’ struggles for victory.

the modern flame symbolizes the light of the spirit, knowledge and life. to this day, the torch is still lit in Olympia in Greece, then carried by a relay team, passing runner to runner, until it reaches the host-city of the games. There, the cauldron will be lit and stay alight until the closing ceremony.

The Olympics began over 2 and a half thousand years ago in athens Greece. In those days Greece was made up of several different stats including Athens, Sparta and Corinth and they were often at war with either but when the game were on they held a truce. This great event was held a place called alipay and this is why the games are cold they Olympia. They were held once every 4 years in honour of Zeus lord of all the gods. Eventually the Ancient Olympics were abolished by the Roman empire Theodosius the first who was a Christian and didn't like the games Because they were dedicated to a pagan god. But the Olympics were always remembered as a symbol of human achievement and peace.

How I feel about my artwork or the whole process.	I feel happy when I saw my artwork on the will in the hall and I felt proud of myself.
What did I enjoy most of all or what was the best thing about my painting.	I enjoyed when my dad and mum came and saur my amazing art that made me feel happy about my artwork.
What did I find hard or I didn’t like.	I find hard when had to pant in the little places I didn’t like when I had to paint the big windows because that took foragers.
How can I do my art better next time?	By taking my time and not rashing in my panting so it can look better.
What was the most interesting thing I did or my friends did.	My friends one was cool because I liked how he did his buildings.
What did I learn most about?	I learnt how to do it properly in my next painting I will be careful.
