The Colosseum

2000 years ago the Colosseum was built the Colosseum was for fighting and lots of people went and wathed the fight. The King said get the lions then the lions came out and killed some people then the king shaltid get the gladiators and they marched out with there big sords and shelds. The Colosseum has hard stone archways just in case something groped on top of the stone archways. Then when ather people were arond they didin’t do it eneymore but tourists stoll went in and had a look in side.

Imagine a day at school when we did art and we got to do three things my group got to do painting with WhaeaSaf and we Coloured Maori faces to. After we did that we went to room 13 and we drew a boy using the letters ‘boy’ I liked my one. Then we went to make a shark out of shapes I made a proper shark.

As I walked up the stairs to perform I felt nervous because there were lots of people staring at me.

During my Bollywood performance I felt proud because I was dancing in front of my Whanau.  The performance finished, I was happy because all the people were cheering and I represented another culture.

the frog

Floating on a leaf was the cricket. The frog outstretched his tongue. The frog has big wide eyes and was gripping on to the tree. The small cricket was terrified. The frog ate the cricket.

BMX kid

Jumping off the cliff the boy did a great big bomb. As soon as he got back up he lay on the rock to dry off. And he stared at the beautiful sky and felt the wind blowing.

my flag Writing

New Zealand have began voting on whether to change their flag from a design which features the British Union Jack to one which features the silver fern. Many people were angry that the referendum to change our flag has cost our country twenty seven million dollars.

Also the new design is not considered to be a good design for a nation flag.
